REGISTRATION DETAILS

  • Limited Space

    2025 is our fourth year of camp AND as transition year of new leadership and collaborating churches. Five churches are registering that have been involved in leadership planning. If we hit registration goals early, we hope to open more space. We encourage you to not take the risk - register soon!

  • Cost & Sponsor Info

    Cost is $205 PER PERSON attending.
    Covers lodging, meals, program fees, resources, & more (transportation not included).

    Note: sponsor ratio of 1:8, so consider adult & transportation fees in final cost.

    Sponsors attending will be required to complete abuse training from Forest Glen and verify background check performed at local church.

    Sponsors will be in lodging with campers from their church, and some scenarios may require other kids from another local church as well.

  • Deposit & Contract

    Registration for Splash Camp is ONLY by a CHURCH and includes TWO parts:

    *Completing the Camp Contract on the Registration Form

    *Mail the accompanying per person deposit check to SFBA within 10 days from registration

    ALL individual camper REGISTRATION occurs at each church through your own process. A church provides payment for their group at payment schedule intervals on contract.

    Google forms will be created to upload individual church registration data.

  • Payment Schedule

    ALL Payment schedule includes total camp count of kids and adults.

    Rosenberg, Texas 77471

    *Deposits are $25 per person due at registration.

    *Payment 2 is $50 per person due by April 15, 2025; also the last date for changes to camp count without penalty.

    *Final Splash Camp payment of $130 per person is due by June 16, 2025.

  • Refund Policy

    *For changes made PRIOR to April 15, camp counts can be changed without penalty. Deposits are refunded for drops. Additions require immediate deposits.

    *For changes made AFTER April 15 and PRIOR to May 31, $75 payments made (deposit and payment 2) are non-refundable for spots removed.

    *For any changes made AFTER June 1, the church is 100% responsible for the FULL amount of $205 per person to SFBA.

  • Documents

    Documents required will be sent by email to church contact person by mid to late March.

    These include:
    Forest Glen Release Form, Medical Form, Dietary Forms (if needed), Special Activity Form, Adult Abuse Certification Documents.

    Individual church release forms will be in addition to these. Only needed camp forms are turned in at Camp check-in.
